  1. If your study or research involves preparation of circular plasmid 
  2. maps, you will find MacPlasmap an indispensable tool to have. It 
  3. draws, stores, and prints high-quality circular plasmid maps with 
  4. the data you specify. If you have not done this on a Macintosh 
  5. computer before, MacPlasmap will convince you it is time to do so. 
  6. Or if you have tried to draw plasmid maps with any of the popular 
  7. Macintosh drawing programs, you may have been aware of the 
  8. following inherent difficulties:

  10.  Precise positioning of restriction sites and genes on a 
  11. circle.
  12.  Attaching an arc (representing a gene) onto a circle.
